Due to the high demand for our catering services and our staffing availability we require certain levels of service to be confirmed within a specific time frame to ensure we can fully deliver our services as expected.  

 

FULL-SERVICE - This level of service requires a full finalization 14 days before the event date.  This means the final guest count, full menu, and full payment.

BUFFET TECH SERVICE - This level of service requires confirmation at least 7 days before the event date.  This means a full menu, total guest count, and payment information is provided.

DROP-OFF SERVICE - This level of service requires confirmation at least 72 hours before the event date.  This means a full menu, total guest count, and payment information is provided
